Due to an overwhelming response, Designer du Jour is looking to add junior & senior designers to its team of contract designers.   Interested designers should send their resume and a cover letter to info@designerdujour.com.

Designer du Jour consists of 10 designers all hand-picked for their specific area of industry expertise.  We have a deep background in project management, business & budget development, drafting & autoCAD, textiles & soft goods construction, antiques & casegoods, and all the extras like marketing, PR, & event management.  We choose designers who enjoy the process of working with other designers and creatives in the industry.  This is not a stop-gap for designers who want their own business but lack the clients. 

Our goals is to provide an extra set of hands, eyes, and minds, when needed.  Our team can either assist a principal designer one-on-one, or add a layer of support to a firm's core design team by handling all the small details of a project that need to be addressed but lack the staff to complete the task in a timely manner.  Our designers are available on an as-needed daily basis or can work with a firm for an extended period of time such as staff vacations and maternity leave. 

The strength of our firm lies in each designer's ability to multi-task and get the job done efficiently...with style.  The entire team of Designer du Jour is a joy to work with, and we only choose designers who understand how to have fun while keeping the projects moving. Designer du Jour is excited to announce that we are expanding our services to Southern California.
